TOS:
Throughout the TOS, there are many rules. Unless a rule states that violating it will result in an automatic blacklist, I will attempt to talk to you first before taking action.
My blacklist will be publicly displayed, including reasons why each person was blacklisted. I will not trade, sell, or otherwise interact with users on my blacklist.General:
If I drew a piece of art, you may post it, but you must credit me in the description/a pinned comment/another visible part of the post, unless otherwise arranged with me.If I am not paid in a real-world currency for a piece of art, I may post the time lapse and/or finished piece to my social medias. If I did receive monetary payment, I will allow you (the commissioner) to ask not to have it posted or put conditions on posting.Do not use any of my art for the purpose of training AI. Violating this rule will result in an automatic blacklist.Do not use my art or designs for commercial use without permission from me. I'm very likely to give permission, I'll probably just ask for a little extra payment and/or royalties.Commissions:
For commissions over $10 USD, I require at least half up front.If you purchase an "unfinished" piece (such as a sketch or line art commission), you may color it in or otherwise finish it yourself. However, please do not ask another artist to finish it.I will refuse a commission for any reason prior to accepting payment. After payment, if I do not want to continue, I will issue a refund. If you (the customer) do not want to continue, I will retain the 50% payment received up front. In some circumstances, I may attempt to work out a compromise with the customer.Adoptables:
I will likely be posting about adoptables I create on my social medias as they are put up for sale. I have no intention to take down such posts after purchase.Full payment must be received before I transfer ownership of the character.While you must credit me for my own art, I don't expect you to put my name on art you or others create.Unless you majorly re-design, please properly link my account in the 'designer' section on websites that have one, like Toyhouse and Artfight. Feel free to DM me after a re-design to check if it is a big enough change (this is not required, though).Please do not remove the original image, except in the case of a major re-design. Once again, you may DM me to ask my opinion on if the changes are big enough (but it is not required to do so).You may trade or sell adopts as you please, but do not advertise them as a price higher than you paid unless you have added value to them (through art and/or writing). You may ACCEPT a higher price offered to you. E.g. you buy an adopt for $10 USD, you may NOT put $15 in their name or description (without added value), but you may put it up for offer or auction and accept a price higher than $10.Do not use my designs for queerphobic, racist, ableist, or other hateful content. Doing so will automatically result in a blacklist.There are NO REFUNDS for pre-made adopts. I will consider a refund for a custom if you're not satisfied with the result; but in such a case, I would retain ownership.If you claim an adopt, I will put it on hold for 1 week. If I do not receive the payment, I will relist the adopt and you will not be able to make a new claim for a month.While not required, I would love to be made aware of any transfers of ownership (especially if they end up with someone without a Toyhouse account)--I'd like to keep track of where my designs have ended up! In addition, please do not delete it from Toyhouse.
